WKRK serves the Tri-State Area of North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. We offer effective radio
commercials at great rates. We may not be the "cheapest", but we are certain you'll be very
pleased with the results you get for your investment. Many stations make it difficult for your to see
their rate card. We are pleased to make the information you want convenient for you to find. We have no hidden
fees. All of our advertisers are treated fairly using the same rates and have equal access to the same packages
and promotions we offer. Please give us plenty of notice
as to your advertising scheduling plans as we do stay pretty booked most of the time. Once we hit "SOLD-OUT"
status, we are unable to schedule more advertising. Also,
to avoid any uncomfortable conversations down the road, we do require that all first-time customers pay in advance for their
first order. Thanks for understanding.

Demographic data collected from a random survey of 1,653 callers who phoned the WKRK Listener
Line at (828) 837-1320.
We feel it is very important for us to understand who our listeners our so that we can properly serve them
with programming they can enjoy. Why would we want to lose them? We also think it's important for advertisers
to understand who our listeners are so that you can wisely spend your advertising budget. Our primary target audience
(49%) is the 25-54 year old working class. 61% are females. 39% are males.

WKRK terrestrial signal also reaches into other North Carolina counties like Graham, Swain, and Macon as well as
Gilmer County, Georgia, and Monroe County, Tennessee. However, the radio signal is not strong enough in those counties
to include in the above list. Even though we do have some listeners in these counties, we are honest people and would
rather not make promises to advertisers that we cannot back up. Including counties where our signal is weak would
be misleading. Please note: because of the terrain, Polk County, Tennessee coverage consists of Ducktown and Copperhill
and surrounding communities (the eastern parts). Polk County is a unique county. The Ocoee Gorge cuts it into
2 "separate worlds." Even School Closings and Delays are handled that way with Polk County as if it were 2 counties
instead of 1. However, WKRK has cut through the limitations of signal limitations and is now broadcasting our
radio station WORLDWIDE. Anyone with an internet connection can now receive WKRK on their computer speakers at
crystal clear quality.
