Birthdays should be submitted 1 or 2 weeks ahead of the birthday
date (up to 1 month in advance). Birthdays submitted to us within 48 hours of the actual date will likely not make it on the
air.

Please do not submit birthdays that are too far in advance.
Why? Sadly to admit, in the past, people have given us birthdays too far in advance. We do not keep birthdays on a recurring
calendar because of deaths. Birthdays need to be submitted every year to us.
- Please verify the correct spelling of the name (and the correct Month and
Date).
- Verify that you have given us a VALID email address to contact you if we
have questions. (We will not put you on any mailing list or sell your address to anyone. Trust me. I don't like it when people
do that to my email address.) If you don't have an email account you check regularly, then put your phone number in that blank.
If we have a question and cannot verify the information with you, then we will have to delete it from airing.
- Verify that you are giving us the age that the person IS TURNING
on their birthday (not how old they are today).
- Use this form for each person. If you have 3 people, then you'll need to
fill it out 3 times. OK... Now we're ready to submit your birthdays and anniversaries!
