Sheriff’s Office investigating dog theft

LexiThe Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a dog on Goldfield Road that took place on February 8, 2014.

The dog, a two year old female Pomeranian, named Lexi, was stolen by a unknown white male driving a late model maroon Toyota pick up truck.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of the dog or suspect, they asked to contact Investigator Harold Mashburn at 828-837-2589.

Investigating officer is Investigator Harold Mashburn.
